Magaldrate/Simethicone Suspension is used for:

Treating acid indigestion, heartburn, gas, and sour stomach. It may also be used for other conditions as determined by your doctor.

Magaldrate/Simethicone Suspension is an antacid and antiflatulent combination. The antacid works by neutralizing stomach acid and increasing the pH of the stomach. The antiflatulent works by breaking up gas bubbles, which makes gas easier to eliminate.

Use Magaldrate/Simethicone Suspension as directed by your doctor. Check the label on the medicine for exact dosing instructions.

* Magaldrate/Simethicone Suspension may be taken with or without food.
* Shake well before using.
* If you miss a dose of Magaldrate/Simethicone Suspension and you are taking it regularly, take it as soon as possible. If several hours have passed or if it is nearing time for the next dose, do not double the dose to catch up, unless advised by your health care provider. Do not take 2 doses at once.
